ANZAC Day

On Monday morning our St Thomas' community came together for a very special liturgy to commemorate ANZAC Day. As part of our ceremony, we heard a wonderful address from Lieutenant Colonel  Byrne. During his address, LTC Byrne reflected on his experience with the Australian Defence Force and shared the origin of the ANZAC story and the ANZAC Spirit. In 2024, our Year of Gratitude, LTC Byrne reinforced to our students that ANZAC Day was a perfect opportunity to show our gratitude to the members of the armed forces who have served our country.

A reminder that students are invited to march with the school on ANZAC Day as part of the local community ANZAC Day service. Please meet 7:30AM at the Camp Hill Hotel, Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill. All students attending are asked to wear their formal uniform for this event.
